OVERLAND PARK, Kan., May 27, 2010 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ --Ferrellgas Partners, L.P. (NYSE: FGP) today declared its third quarter cash distribution of $0.50 per partnership common unit. The distribution marks the sixty-third consecutive $0.50 quarterly distribution and is payable June 14, 2010, to common unitholders of record as of June 7, 2010.

The distribution covers the period from February 1, 2010 to April 30, 2010, the partnership's third quarter of fiscal 2010. Ferrellgas' annualized distribution is currently $2.00 per common unit.
