Hudson's Bay Company to Introduce London Fog at the Bay and London Fog
Diffusion Line at Zellers in 2007
NEW YORK, Oct. 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Iconix Brand Group, Inc.
(Nasdaq: ICON) ("Iconix" or the "Company"), today announced an exclusive
retail direct license agreement for its London Fog(R) brand with Hudson's Bay
Company ("HBC"), one of the largest and most established retailers in Canada.
HBC has entered into a multi-year license to manufacture and distribute
London Fog apparel, accessories and lifestyle products through a two-tiered
strategy in its retail stores, the Bay and Zellers. The Bay, with 98
locations across Canada, will carry London Fog and Zellers, with 283
locations, will carry a London Fog diffusion line.

Fog license for men's and women's outerwear and Amerex (USA), Inc. holds the

in department store (the Bay), mass merchandise (Zellers), specialty (Home
Outfitters and Designer Depot) and discount (Fields) formats. HBC operates
over 550 stores located in every province in Canada.
