| Candie's, Inc., Appoints Warren Clamen as Chief Financial Officer |
NEW YORK, Mar 09, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Candie's, Inc., (NASDAQ: CAND) "the Company" announced today the appointment of Warren Clamen as Chief Financial Officer. Clamen brings to the Company a diverse portfolio of experience in the areas of finance, operations and information technology, with a particularly strong emphasis on licensing. Clamen joins the Company from Columbia House, one of the world's largest licensees of content for music and film, where he held the title of Vice President of Finance for the past four years. Prior to that position, Clamen was the Vice President of Finance at Marvel Entertainment, Inc., one of the world's largest public licensing companies. Clamen also brings to the Company international business experience, including working in Canada and Europe. Warren Clamen stated, "I am very excited to be joining the Candie's team.
