NEW YORK, Feb. 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Iconix Brand Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: ICON) ("Iconix" or the "Company"), today announced six new license agreements for its Badgley Mischka(R), Op(R), London Fog(R) and Joe Boxer(R) brands.

Newly signed Badgley Mischka licensees include Sequin LLC to manufacture and distribute Costume Jewelry, Roma Industries LLC for Belts and A.H. Schreiber Co., Inc. for Swimwear. Badgley Mischka Jewelry and Belts will debut this upcoming Fall 2007, while Swimwear will launch in Spring 2008. The collections will complement Badgley Mischka's current categories of Couture, Platinum Eveningwear, Platinum Sportswear, Footwear, Handbags and Accessories.

License agreements were also signed for Op, London Fog and Joe Boxer. Paramount will hold the license for London Fog Cold Weather Accessories including hats, gloves and scarves in the United States. Internationally, J Corp. will manufacture and distribute men's and women's Sportswear and Accessories for Op in Canada and Morel S.A. will hold the license for men's, women's and children's Joe Boxer Accessories and Footwear in Panama, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Honduras, El Salvador, Guatemala, Belize Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador and the Caribbean Islands.

In other Company news, Iconix announced today that as a result of its common stock having closed at or above $18.71 per share for each of the twenty consecutive trading days which ended on February 5, 2007, no additional shares of Iconix common stock will be issued to former Mossimo stockholders under the non-transferable contingent share rights issued upon the closing of the merger in October 2006 of Mossimo, Inc. into a subsidiary of Iconix.
