Badgley Mischka Announces Footwear License
                    Company Partners with Titan Industries

NEW YORK, March 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Iconix Brand Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: ICON) (the "Company" or 'Iconix") announced today that it has entered into a license agreement with Titan Industries, Inc. to design, manufacture and distribute footwear for its Badgley Mischka(R) brand.

The Badgley Mischka Couture footwear collection will initially launch with 40-50 styles of evening shoes, sandals and boots and is planned to be available this Fall/Holiday at high end department and specialty stores that currently carry the Badgley Mischka brand such as Bergdorf Goodman, Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus and Nordstrom.

The Bridal collection will launch with 20 styles for Spring 2007 with a similar distribution profile. Both collections will range in retail primarily from $250-$500 with select Couture styles retailing up to $1,000. The Couture and Bridal collections will be followed by bridge evening and day collections within the next few seasons, which will retail at strategic price points and be available at a broader distribution, echoing the strategies for the apparel collections.
