(Nasdaq: ICON) (the "Company") announced today an international licensing
agreement for its JOE BOXER(R) brand with Grupo Aviara, SA De CV, a leading
apparel company in Mexico. The long term agreement covers a wide range of
categories including men's, women's and children's apparel, accessories and
footwear as well as home furnishings. Grupo Aviara has planned an initial
distribution of JOE BOXER products in approximately 125 retail stores to
launch in March 2006.

retailers to value priced chains.
