WAYNE, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 20, 2003--Triumph Group, Inc.
(NYSE:TGI) announced today that Richard Clark has been named President
of Airborne Nacelle Services, Inc. in Hot Springs, Arkansas and
Aerospace Technologies, Inc. in Fort Worth, Texas. Airborne Nacelle
Services repairs and overhauls thrust reversers, nacelle components
and other aerostructures. Aerospace Technologies manufactures and
repairs metallic/composite bonded components and assemblies. Both
companies are part of the Triumph Aftermarket Services Group, which is
headed by John Brasch, Group President.
Prior to joining Airborne Nacelle and Aerospace Technologies, Mr.
Clark was President of the Nordam Group Repair Divisions. He succeeds
Anthony McAnly, who has assumed the new responsibility of Vice
President of Strategic Business Development for the Triumph
Aftermarket Services Group. Both Mr. Clark and Mr. McAnly will report
to Mr. Brasch.
In addition, Triumph Group also announced the appointment of
Joseph Greenwood to the position of Vice President Sales and Marketing
for Airborne Nacelle and the appointment of Michael Abram to the
position of Vice President Operations for Airborne Nacelle. Mr.
Greenwood previously was the Vice President Sales and Marketing for
the Nordam Group Repair Divisions. In his new position, Mr. Greenwood
will manage Airborne Nacelle's Sales, Marketing and Customer Support
departments. Prior to joining Airborne Nacelle, Mr. Abram was General
Manager for the Nordam Group Repair Divisions. He succeeds James
Cooper, who has recently assumed the new responsibility of General
Manager of Aerospace Technologies.
