Conference Call/Web Cast Will Be Held

GREENSBORO, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Mar. 30, 2012-- VF Corporation (NYSE: VFC) announced today that it will report its first quarter results on Friday, April 27, 2012. The company will hold a conference call and web cast the same day at 8:30 a.m. EST, which will be broadcast live via www.vfc.com.

VF Chairman, President and CEO Eric Wiseman and Bob Shearer, Senior Vice President and CFO, will lead the call and discuss VF’s first quarter results. Also participating on the call will be Group Presidents Karl Heinz Salzburger, Steve Rendle and Scott Baxter.

A replay of the conference call will be available from April 27 through May 4, 2012.
