SAN FRANCISCO, Feb. 21, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- FibroGen, Inc. (NASDAQ:FGEN), a science-based biopharmaceutical company, today announced that it will report fourth quarter and full year 2017 financial results on Tuesday, February 27, 2018 after market close, and will host a conference call to discuss financial results and provide a business update at 5:00 p.m. ET (2:00 p.m. PT).
