Ralph W. Drayer has been our director since 2002. Mr. Drayer served as Vice President—Service & Logistics Officer of The Procter & Gamble Company from 1991 to 2001. Mr. Drayer also held a number of distribution, logistics, customer service, and customer business development responsibilities while with The Procter & Gamble Company, both domestically and internationally. Mr. Drayer has served as the President of Supply Chain Insights, a supply chain consulting company since 2001. Mr. Drayer brings to our board extensive leadership experience and significant expertise in corporate operation and logistics. Based upon his experience in logistics and supply chain mechanics, Mr. Drayer will also offer our board of directors insights into the challenges and opportunities relating to our distribution network. |  |
