CASUAL comes to Prime Video with both seasons of the hit comedy launching exclusively for Amazon Prime members in the UK

CASUAL, produced by Lionsgate, joins Amazon Prime Video’s line-up of award-winning and critically acclaimed TV shows and movies when Season 1 launches this Sunday, and becomes available for unlimited streaming or download, with Season 2 to premiere in June

Starring Michaela Watkins and Tommy Dewey, the Jason Reitman produced comedy is the next hit US show available exclusively on Amazon Prime Video

London – 29 April 2016The witty, modern, US comedy CASUAL will launch exclusively for Amazon Prime members in the UK this Sunday. All 10 episodes of Season 1 will be available for unlimited streaming and download from Sunday, with the 13-episode Season 2 to premiere in June.

Produced by Jason Reitman (Juno, Up in the Air), CASUAL follows what happens when bachelor and dating-app creator Alex (Tommy Dewey, The Mindy Project) and his newly divorced psychologist sister Valerie (Michaela Watkins, New Girl) live under one roof again. Together, they coach each other through the crazy world of dating (online and off) while raising Valerie’s teenage daughter, Laura (Tara Lynne Barr, Acquarius). CASUAL is created by Zander Lehmann, produced by Lionsgate Television, and executive produced by Reitman, Helen Estabrook (Whiplash)and Liz Tigelaar (Nashville).
