 | John J. Sherman Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and PresidentFounder of Inergy, L.P., John began his more than 25 year career in the propane industry with Ferrellgas in 1984. From 1991 until 1996, John served as President of LPG Services Group, a company he co-founded and guided to become one of the nation's largest wholesale propane marketers. LPG Services Group was later acquired by Dynegy. John served as Vice President with Dynegy until founding Inergy. |

 | R. Brooks Sherman, Jr. Executive Vice PresidentWith extensive experience in both public accounting and private business, Brooks (no relation to John Sherman) joined Inergy, L.P. in December 2000. From 1996 until 1999, Brooks worked with National Propane Partners, a publicly traded master limited partnership, first as its Controller and Chief Accounting Officer and subsequently as its Chief Financial Officer. |

 | Phillip L. Elbert EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT - STRATEGY| Phil is a 31-year NGL industry veteran who joined Inergy in connection with the company's 2001 acquisition of the Hoosier Propane Group. Until 2012, Phil served as Inergy's President and Chief Operating Officer—Propane Operations. Prior to joining Hoosier Propane in 1992, Phil was with both Ferrellgas and Buckeye Gas Products. Throughout Phil's NGL career he has been heavily involved in supply, logistics, and marketing as was a CPA. |

 | William C. Gautreaux PRESIDENT - INERGY SERVICES| A 21-year veteran of the NGL industry, Bill started his career with Ferrellgas in 1985. Bill later co-founded and managed Supply and Risk Management for LPG Services, which was eventually acquired by Dynegy. In 1998, Bill joined Inergy at its inception launching the Supply and Risk Management group. Today, Bill manages Inergy's coast-to coast NGL supply & logistics business. |

Ozenberger SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, GENERAL COUNSEL AND SECRETARYLaura joined Inergy in February of 2003 with an extensive business and legal background after 13 years at Sprint Corporation. From 1993 to 1996 Laura worked in Sprint's finance department, and from 1996 to 2003 she worked in Sprint's legal department where she served in several roles. At Inergy, Laura is responsible for all aspects of the company's legal representation. |

Most recently, Mike served as Inergy's Vice President and Treasurer overseeing all of Inergy's capital markets, treasury, and investor relations activities. Prior to joining Inergy he worked in various roles at Aquila, Inc. and Koch Industries. |
