John has enjoyed a more than 25 year career in the propane industry, having joined Ferrellgas in 1984. In 1991, John co-founded LPG Services group, a company that quickly became one of the nation's largest wholesale propane marketers. He served as President of LPG Services Group until 1996 when the company was acquired by Dynegy. John then served as Vice President with Dynegy until founding Inergy Partners.

Currently a private investor, Warren served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Ferrellgas, one of the nation's largest propane marketing and distribution firms, from 1985 to 1991. Warren began his career with Ferrellgas in 1983 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

A respected telecommunications executive, Art retired from Sprint Corporation as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in 2002 following a distinguished 31-year career at the company. During his tenure with Sprint he served in various operational management positions, including President of United Telephone-Eastern Group. As CFO, Art was responsible for the financial operations, strategic sourcing and real estate for Sprint and all of its corporate subsidiaries. Art also serves as a director of Westar.
