Cash Distribution
It is currently the policy of the Board of Directors of the general partners of Rentech Nitrogen Partners to pay a quarterly cash distribution of the Partnership’s available cash, as determined by the Board of Directors, to its unit holders.
We intend to pay our distributions on or about 45 days after the end of each quarter to holders of record on the applicable record date. However, as described in our public filings, the Board of Directors of the general partner of Rentech Nitrogen Partners reserves the right to change the distribution policy at any time, and the partnership agreement which governs Rentech Nitrogen Partners does not require the partnership to declare any dividends at all.
