its financial results for the first quarter ended April 28, 2012, after
the market close on Wednesday, May 30, 2012. Daniel Griesemer, President
and Chief Executive Officer, Bill Langsdorf, Senior Vice President and
Chief Financial Officer, and Hezy Shaked, Co-Founder, Chief Strategy
Officer and Chairman will host a conference call that afternoon (May 30,
2012) at 4:30 p.m. ET (1:30 p.m. PT) to discuss the financial results.
