Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary
Christopher Lal has served as our Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary since October 2012, and oversees our legal affairs. Mr. Lal previously served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Thompson National Properties. From 2007 to 2009, Mr. Lal held positions at Sunstone Hotel Investors, most recently as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. From 2005 to 2006, he served at RemedyTemp, Inc., most recently as General Counsel and Assistant Secretary. From 1998 to 2005, Mr. Lal was a corporate and securities attorney at O’Melveny & Myers LLP, an international law firm. Mr. Lal earned his B.A. at the University of California, Santa Barbara, and his J.D. at the University of Southern California.
