Bauer Performance Sports is led by an experienced and committed management team with a proven track record of successfully introducing and marketing innovative products, integrating strategic acquisitions, and implementing successful growth strategies. Our accomplishments and performance have been possible through the dedication of our employees, who have been with us for an average of 10 years. Kevin Davis, President, Chief Executive Officer and DirectorKevin Davis has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Bauer since 2008. Mr. Davis joined the company in 2002 and has held positions of increasing responsibility over that time, most recently as the Chief Operating Officer from 2006-2008 and Chief Financial Officer from 2004-2006. Prior to joining Bauer, Mr. Davis held senior finance positions in the medical device industry for Pathway Medical Technologies and Boston Scientific Corporation and in consumer products with The Gillette Company.
Amir Rosenthal, Executive Vice President, Finance & Administration, Chief Financial Officer and TreasurerAmir Rosenthal has served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer since 2008. In October 2012, he assumed additional senior management responsibilities as Executive Vice President of Finance and Administration, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Prior to joining Bauer, Mr. Rosenthal was the Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, General Counsel and Secretary of Katy Industries, Inc. From 1989-2001, Mr. Rosenthal held various positions at Timex Group Limited, including Treasurer, Senior Counsel, and Counsel. Mr. Rosenthal was also Chairman of Timex Watches Limited (New Delhi, India). Mr. Rosenthal began his career with LeBoeuf, Lamb, Leiby and MacRae as an associate attorney in 1986. Mr. Rosenthal is a Director of Sturm, Ruger & Co., Inc., a NYSE-listed company that manufactures high-quality firearms for the commercial sporting market. Paul Gibson, Executive Vice President of Product Creation and Supply ChainPaul Gibson has held this position since 2008 and is responsible for leading the company's Research, Design and Development, Supply Chain and Mergers and Acquisitions organizations. Prior to his current role, Mr. Gibson was the Senior Vice President of Product Creation. From 2001-2006, he held the position of Vice President, Global Manufacturing and Sourcing, which included responsibility for Research, Design and Development, Logistics and Distribution, Supply Planning, Quality and Nike Bauer's Taiwan Production and Development Operations. Mr. Gibson has extensive relationships with suppliers throughout Asia and led the transition from internal manufacturing at Bauer to outsourcing products in Asia including the development of Bauer's Asia Production and Development Operations located in Taichung, Taiwan. Edward Kinnaly, Executive Vice President of Global CommerceEdward Kinnaly has held this position since 2008 and served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of ice hockey from 2006-2008. Mr. Kinnaly has also served as Vice President, Global Sales (2000-2003) and General Manager, Europe (2003-2006). Prior to joining Bauer, Mr. Kinnaly spent the majority of his career at Nike with positions in product management, sales, brand management and general management. His 20 years of experience at Nike includes international assignments in the Netherlands and Germany. Mr. Kinnaly began his career at PepsiCo in 1987.
Angela Bass, Vice President, Global Human ResourcesAngela Bass has held this position since returning to Bauer in 2012. Prior to her return, Ms. Bass served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for the Performance + Lifestyle Group (PLG), a division of Collective Brands, Inc. As a member of the senior leadership team with responsibility for leading all aspects of the human resources function for the division, Ms. Bass led organizational initiatives across all brands and functions with a focus on talent acquisition, talent management and development, and shared services integration activities. Prior to joining PLG, she held the position of Vice President, Human Resources, for the J. Jill Group and Vice President, Global Human Resources, for Sport Brands International. Ms. Bass joined the Bauer team in 2002 as a transfer from Nike, and held the role of Director, Global Human Resources. She joined Nike in 1996 and held various human resources roles of increasing responsibility. Paul Dachsteiner, Vice President of Information ServicesPaul Dachsteiner has held this position since returning to Bauer in 2008. Prior to his return, Mr. Dachsteiner served as Chief Information Officer at Nike affiliate Cole Haan for two years. In addition to building shared services models between Nike and Cole Haan, Mr. Dachsteiner supported global retail stores while leading the transition of Cole Haan's point of sale systems and new store openings. In 2001, Mr. Dachsteiner began his role at Nike Bauer Hockey and worked closely with Nike to leverage shared services and deliver best-in-class services while reducing operating costs.
Troy Mohns, Vice President, Lacrosse & New BusinessesTroy Mohns has held this position since October 2012. In his previous role as Vice President, Business Development, Mr. Mohns led the acquisition and integration of the Company's fourth largest competitor and managed the separation from Nike including the creation of the current Bauer brand image and positioning. During his 12-year tenure with Nike Bauer, Mr. Mohns held roles in regional management, brand marketing, product marketing and strategic planning. He continues in an advisory role on mergers and acquisitions and other strategic opportunities. Matt Smith, Vice President of Global MarketingMatt Smith has acted in this capacity since 2008. Prior to joining Bauer, Mr. Smith spent 12 years building brands and creating marketing plans at E&J Gallo Winery, Unilever Home and Personal Care and Gillette/Procter & Gamble. Mr. Smith has also worked in a marketing role for the National Football League and Uno Restaurants.
Michael J. Wall, Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate SecretaryMichael Wall has held the position of Vice President of General Counsel since 2008, and was appointed Corporate Secretary in 2011. Prior to joining Bauer, Mr. Wall held the position of Chief Legal Officer of the TD Garden and the Boston Bruins. During his 13 years in this role, he was the sole in-house attorney, providing legal support, advice and counsel to the executive management of the TD Garden, the Boston Bruins, Massachusetts Sportservice, New England Sportservice and H.A. Sportservice. He served as a member of the board of directors of the NHL Pension Society during this time and continues to serve on the board of directors of The Boston Bruins Charitable Foundation. Before joining the TD Garden and Boston Bruins executive teams, Mr. Wall was an attorney with Boston law firms Hinckley, Allen & Snyder and Goodwin Procter.
