SAN ANTONIO - February 21, 2017 - Tesoro Logistics LP (NYSE: TLLP) today announced the commencement of an underwritten public offering of 5,000,000 common units representing limited partner interests in the Partnership.
The Partnership expects to use the net proceeds from the offering to repay borrowings outstanding under its revolving credit facility and for general partnership purposes.
