• End-user experience monitoring – Simulates the end-user’s experience with common applications including HTTP, HTTPS, DNS, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and other ODBC databases.
• Universal WMI Performance Monitors -- Makes it easy to remotely monitor any WMI performance counters to identify and resolve application issues before those issues impact the end user.
• Performance Warning System – Offers users proactive notification of imminent or potential failures via pre-configured or user-defined performance thresholds.

The Thwack Community Content Library extends Orion APM v2’s ease of use and flexibility by reducing the need to create additional custom monitors for common applications and servers, like Citrix XenApp, BlackBerry Enterprise Server, McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator, and Microsoft Office SharePoint server. Additionally, an Open Source Script Processor allows Orion APM v2 to convert, schedule, run and generate result reports from any Nagios script for Unix and Linux servers.
