Annual Meeting and Proxy Materials

Boise Inc.'s 2009 Annual Shareholders' Meeting will take place on Thursday, April 23, 2009, beginning at 10:00 AM Mountain Time at the company's headquarters in the Boise Plaza Building, 1111 West Jefferson Street, Boise, Idaho. The meeting will be held in the 1-West A.V. Conference Room. Information about the meeting and the various matters on which our shareholders will vote is included in the Notice of 2009 Annual Shareholders' Meeting and Proxy Statement, which was mailed to shareholders.
