Boise Inc.'s 2013 Annual Shareholders' Meeting will take place on Wednesday, April 24, 2013, beginning at 9:00 AM Mountain Time at the company's headquarters in the Boise Plaza Building, 1111 West Jefferson Street, Boise, Idaho. The meeting will be held in the 1-West Conference Room. Information about the meeting and the various matters on which our shareholders will vote is included in the Notice of 2013 Annual Shareholders' Meeting and Proxy Statement, which will be mailed to shareholders of record on or about March 25, 2013.
