INDIANAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ExactTarget, a global provider of cross-channel interactive marketing solutions, announced today the pricing of its initial public offering of 8,500,000 shares of common stock at a price to the public of $19.00 per share. The shares are expected to begin trading on The New York Stock Exchange on March 22, 2012 under the symbol "ET". All of the shares being sold in the offering are being sold by ExactTarget. The underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,275,000 shares of common stock from ExactTarget to cover over-allotments, if any.
