Executive Education School Reports Centralized and Streamlined Customer and Prospect Data Using Pivotal CRM Suite of Applications

A significant part of Babson Executive Education's revenue is derived from corporate clients seeking custom educational solutions for their senior management.
Because of data fragmentation and redundancy caused by information received from participants in several disparate databases, and with enrollment steadily increasing, Babson needed a reliable customer, prospect and enrollment solution that could provide a central database to build strong relationships with clients and gain insight into enrollment data.
