Andres  D.  Reiner
President, Chief Executive Officer and Director

PROS President and Chief Executive Officer Andres Reiner joined the company in 1999. He also serves as a member of its board of directors.

Reiner has held a series of increasingly responsible roles with PROS. As executive vice president of products and marketing, he was responsible for global marketing and alliances, product management, science research and development of PROS next-generation software products. Reiner was also responsible in large part for establishing PROS European operations, and expanding the company’s worldwide sales and marketing efforts. During the course of his 14-year career with the company, he has also served as senior vice president of product development and led its engineering team.

Prior to joining PROS, Reiner held various technical and management positions in technology companies including Platinum Technology and ADAC Healthcare Information Systems.

He earned a B.S. degree in computer science from the University of Houston and attended Rice University’s Jesse H. Jones Graduate School of Management.

Stefan Schulz
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Stefan Schulz joined PROS in 2015 and serves as executive vice president and Chief Financial Officer.

He is responsible for PROS finance, accounting, corporate development, information technology and legal teams globally. Schulz reports to President and Chief Executive Officer Andres Reiner.

Schulz brings to PROS more than 20 years of financial and operations experience where he has built internal capacity to support high-growth, and has led the evaluation and integration of multiple acquisitions. For the past three years, he has served as Chief Financial Officer at Digital River, Inc., a global provider of commerce-as-a-service solutions, headquartered in Minneapolis. In this role, Schulz was charged with building the company’s full-service merchant-of-record and seller-of-record offering, and overseeing the company’s internal transformation to greater efficiency and scale.

He previously spent six years with Lawson Software, an enterprise resource planning software company. As senior vice president, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer, Schulz led the acquisition and integration of two companies in strategic industry growth markets.

Schulz worked for 12 years at BMC Software during a period of high growth, where he held several leadership roles, the last as vice president, global revenue operations. Schulz began his career with Arthur Andersen & Co. He earned a B.B.A. in accounting from Lamar University.

Thomas F. Dziersk
Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales

Tom Dziersk, PROS Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales, joined the company in 2017. He leads the company’s global sales teams and sales operations, reporting to President and CEO Andres Reiner.

Dziersk is an accomplished business leader, bringing to PROS more than 30 years of consistent success leading a variety of publicly traded and private equity-backed enterprise software companies. He most recently served as President of the Americas for NICE, Inc., a provider of cloud solutions, where he was responsible for covering the core businesses for North, South and Central Americas. Dziersk also served as Executive President, Worldwide Sales and Marketing, for JDA, Inc., a market leader in on-premise and cloud-based supply chain planning and execution software. Under his leadership in both of these organizations, he successfully drove revenue significant growth and scale.

Additional experience includes roles with SAMSys, Inc., ClearOrbit, Essentus International, JBA International and Loadstar Computer Systems.

Dziersk earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan.

John Billings
Senior Vice President, Travel

John Billings joined PROS in 1999.

Today, he leads the company’s global sales team focused on revenue management and pricing optimization for some of the world’s largest travel, transportation, cargo and hospitality organizations. Billings directs his team in developing and successfully executing business-development objectives in these industries.

During the course of his career with PROS, he has served in a series of increasingly responsible roles, working with the company’s travel customers. Billings has been instrumental in developing and formulating business strategies, prospecting market opportunities, establishing successful business relationships and earning trusted-partner status with PROS travel customers.

He earned an M.B.A. in marketing from the University of St. Thomas and a B.A. in business analysis and management science from Texas A&M University.

Michael J. Jahoda
Senior Vice President, Professional Services

Michael Jahoda joined PROS in 2015 and leads the company’s professional services organization as its senior vice president. He is a globally recognized expert on commercial excellence and pricing, and brings to PROS a proven record of delivering enterprise-level transformation programs.

Prior to joining PROS, Jahoda spent 13 years with Accenture. During the course of his career, he worked closely with its C-level global client base in 12 countries and on five continents. Jahoda developed pricing and marketing strategies, deployed new analytics capabilities, optimized pricing to increase profitability and redesigned business processes across a wide span of industries in manufacturing, distribution and services.

He earned a B.B.A. in management information systems from Ohio University.

Chris Jones
Senior Vice President, Sales

Chris Jones joined PROS in 2009 and today leads both the global B2B sales and partner organizations. He is responsible for driving subscription revenue growth and market position for PROS modern commerce solutions. Jones has been instrumental in leading PROS growth through the sales, strategic consulting, account development and sales enablement teams, as well as the partner ecosystem.


Prior to joining PROS, Jones served as general manager for Microsoft in its Enterprise Customer & Partner Group, southeast district. Under his leadership, the $600 million business unit experienced rapid growth in revenues, customer satisfaction and employee engagement. Jones also served six years in roles of increasing responsibility at EMC, the leader in enterprise storage and information management solutions. In both of his roles as southeast area vice president and as Carolinas district manager, Jones’ teams significantly outpaced the market in growth. He also worked for 11 years in increasingly responsible roles with MCI. 

He holds a B.A. in economics and sociology from the University of Richmond.

Damian Olthoff
General Counsel and Secretary

General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer Damian Olthoff joined PROS in 2011. He also serves the company as its secretary and is responsible for all legal operations. Olthoff brings to PROS experience in governance, corporate development, finance and commercial transactions.


Prior to joining PROS, he served for six years as general counsel for Animal Health International, a publicly traded pharmaceutical distributor. With Animal Health, Olthoff led the company’s foreign and domestic legal affairs, including complex commercial transactions, the company’s 2007 initial public offering, numerous acquisitions and litigation management. He also served as counsel for TrinTel Communications, then the largest privately held developer, owner and operator of wireless telecommunications facilities in the United States. He previously held various roles with Sprint – now Sprint Nextel – where he assisted with development and management of its $2+ billion real estate portfolio, including negotiations of commercial real estate agreements.

Olthoff earned a Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law, and a B.B.A. in business administration from the same institution.

Rob Reiner
Chief Technology Officer

Rob Reiner joined PROS in 2016 and serves as its Chief Technology Officer. In this role, he is responsible for the company’s technology vision, strategy and roadmap for product management, product development and science, as well as customer support and cloud operations. With teams in both the U.S. and Europe, the company’s product portfolio includes solutions for manufacturing, distribution, services, travel and related vertical markets.


An accomplished technology leader, Reiner previously served as Chief Technology Officer with ITinvolve, a company he co-founded in 2011. At ITinvolve, he developed the platform and solutions that provided organizations with an always-up-to-date and accurate view of relationships and dependencies in their IT environments. The solution enabled teams to make operational decisions, and plan and execute transformational plans with confidence. The company was acquired in the spring of 2015.

Reiner also worked for nine years at Attachmate, where he served in a number of increasingly responsible roles. As Chief Technology Officer and vice president, engineering, he drove innovation, common technology usage, and engineering processes and operations. Reiner also spent six years at BMC Software where he was responsible for its flagship product, Patrol. Additional experience also includes five years with Kinesix.

He holds a B.S. in computer science from the University of Houston.

Wagner Williams
Chief People Officer

Wagner Williams joined PROS in 2004 and has served the company in a range of increasingly responsible roles.


Today as PROS Chief People Officer, he leads the global human resources team, an organization that develops the company’s talent acquisition, talent development, culture and diversity strategies. A key focus for his team is driving innovative employment initiatives that make PROS a destination technology company for outperformers and fuel the company’s growth around the world.

In his prior role as senior vice president, professional services, Williams spent five years leading the global organization responsible for PROS implementations across all industries, including manufacturing, distribution, services and travel.

In 2007, Williams established PROS European operation, headquartered in London. Over his four-year assignment as PROS Europe General Manager, he was responsible for sales, marketing, professional services and all operations related to the business. In early roles with PROS, Williams worked in marketing, sales and professional services.

Prior to joining PROS, he worked in pricing and sales for CCA Financial, a B2B financial services provider.

Williams earned a B.S. in economics from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Benson Yuen
President, Travel Division

Benson Yuen joined PROS in 1988. His analytical and problem-solving skills have been instrumental in the successful installation and implementation of PROS software products in diverse customer environments. In addition, his practical pricing and revenue optimization experience has contributed substantially to the design of PROS software products.

Prior to joining PROS, he served as Director of Pricing and Central Reservations Control for a transportation company. During his tenure, Benson was responsible for the company's revenue optimization function, which included marketing automation software development, pricing and tariff strategies, and the direction of the central reservations control system.

Benson graduated summa cum laude from the University of Central Florida, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.

Craig Zawada
Chief Visionary Officer

Craig Zawada joined PROS in 2010 and serves as its Chief Visionary Officer. He is responsible for creating and articulating the vision for how PROS uses the latest technology to help companies drive incremental sales growth and profit improvement.

Zawada also works with new and existing customers to define the implementation path for these solutions to help them outperform in their respective industries. Prior to joining PROS, he was a partner and leader in the Marketing & Sales Practice at McKinsey & Company.

Zawada is a widely published author, with articles that have appeared in many high-profile publications, including Harvard Business Review, Forbes.com, Mergers and Acquisitions, and the McKinsey Quarterly. He has been interviewed by and quoted in Fortune, Canadian Business, Business 2.0 and CNBC.com publications. Zawada co-authored both the first and second editions of “The Price Advantage,” which has been recognized as one of the most pragmatic books available on pricing strategy. As a frequently sought-after presenter, Zawada has spoken at conferences around the world on next-generation sales and pricing improvement strategies.

He earned both an M.B.A. and bachelor's degree in business administration from the Schulich School of Business at York University in Ontario, Canada.
