Up to eight-year exclusive mobile gaming partnership to
incorporate likeness, voice, and creative influence of the
platinum-selling recording artist

Glu Mobile Inc. (NASDAQ:GLUU), a leading global developer and publisher
of free-to-play games for smartphone and tablet devices, today announced
that the company will partner with Britney Spears on the development of
a new mobile game. The exclusive agreement spans a five-year term with
the possibility of a three-year extension. Featuring the voice,
likeness, and creative influence of Ms. Spears, the game will allow
players to interact with Britney and experience the glitz and glamour of
the entertainment business. Glu expects to launch the game worldwide in
the first half of 2016.
