ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 20, 2007--HFF (Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P.) announced today the expansion of its formerly equity/investment sales-focused Atlanta office with a debt and structured finance placement team.

Mark Sixour, a senior managing director, will relocate from HFF's Houston office to join Atlanta as office head overseeing the debt and equity/investment sales teams. The new debt team includes director Mike Cale, formerly with ING Investment Management and Miles Properties, and associate director Sabrina Solomiany, who has relocated from HFF's Miami office.

Mr. Sixour joined HFF in 1996 and has more than 16 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions. Through the course of his career with HFF, he has completed in excess of $1 billion in commercial real estate transactions throughout the U.S. Mr. Sixour's responsibilities as office head in Atlanta will primarily be focused on growing the debt and structured finance platforms in Atlanta and other Southeast regional markets, as well as overseeing the HFF Atlanta investment sales team led by senior managing director Chris Turner, and managing directors Dave Fournier and Jason Nettles.
