Luke co-founded Inspired in 2002 and has been Chief Executive Officer since its inception.
Prior to this, he held digital strategy, product development and business development roles at Comshare Inc. (a NASDAQ listed enterprise software company), The Boston Consulting Group (a leading strategy adviser), Boo.com (an early internet retailer) and Emap plc (a FTSE100 media group).
Luke graduated with First Class Honors and an M.Phil in Philosophy from Kings College, Cambridge, and was a visiting Fulbright Scholar to the University of California Berkeley, where he was awarded the Ralph W. Church Scholarship. From 2004 – 2006, Luke was a Non-Executive Director of Leisure Link Holdings (a large UK gaming route operator) and The Cloud Networks Ltd (Europe’s leading wifi startup).
Chief Strategy Officer
Daniel Silvers serves as Chief Strategy Officer of Inspired Entertainment, Inc. He is also the Founder and Managing Member of Matthews Lane Capital Partners LLC. He also currently serves on the boards of directors of PICO Holdings, Inc., where he serves as Lead Independent Director, Forestar Group, Inc. and Ashford Hospitality Prime, Inc. He has previously served on the boards of directors of International Game Technology, Universal Health Services, Inc., bwin.party digital entertainment plc and India Hospitality Corp., as well as serving as President of Western Liberty Bancorp, an acquisition-oriented company which bought and recapitalized Service1st Bank of Nevada, a community bank in Las Vegas, NV. In 2015, Mr. Silvers was featured in the National Association of Corporate Directors' "A New Generation of Board Leadership: Directors Under Age 40" list of emerging corporate directors. Previously, Mr. Silvers was the President of SpringOwl Asset Management LLC, having joined a predecessor entity in 2009. Previously, Mr. Silvers was a Vice President at Fortress Investment Group, a leading global alternative asset manager, where he worked from 2005 to 2009. Prior to joining Fortress, he was a senior member of the real estate, gaming and lodging investment banking group at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc., where he worked from 1999 to 2005. Mr. Silvers holds a B.S. in Economics and an M.B.A. in Finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He has also received a Corporate Governance certification through the Director Education & Certification Program at the UCLA Anderson School of Management. Mr. Silvers is active in a number of not-for-profits, including Horace Mann School, University of Pennsylvania, UJA-Federation of New York and The Lustgarten Foundation.
Chief Legal Officer of Inspired Entertainment, Inc.
Steven joined Inspired in 2007 and has been the Group’s General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer since 2009.
Prior to this, he held positions in the commercial and intellectual property departments at Nortel Networks drafting and negotiating agreements with 3G operators and lead a WIMAX licensing program. He also previously held various commercial roles at Siemens Communications, the University of Manchester and British Gas PLC.
Steven received an LLB (Hons) in Law from the University of Hull, a Masters with Distinction in IT and Telecoms Law from the University of Strathclyde and passed the LPC with Distinction at the University of Westminster.
Chief Financial Officer
Stewart joined Inspired as Group Financial Controller in 2014, before being promoted to Director of Finance in 2015.
Prior to this Stewart held a number of finance roles at Experian Plc (a FTSE 100 Global information services company), including Divisional Financial Controller, and before to this within the audit department of Deloitte LLP.
Stewart graduated with First Class Honours in BSc Economics from the University of Sheffield where he received the Knoop Prize, which is awarded to the highest scoring Economics final year student. He is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
COO of Inspired Entertainment, Inc.
Dave has been COO since September 2014, was previously COO and CFO from Sept 2008 and prior to this was COO Leisure Link (now part of group) from June 2005 having joined the group as a Consultant in April 2004.
Prior to this from 2001 to 2004, Dave performed independent consulting services and was Director of Strategy and Business Development at an IT services company.
Dave started his career in 1981 at Nortel Networks and progressed through Finance, Operations, Business Development, Product Management and senior Business unit/VP roles over twenty years in both North America and Europe (Ireland/France) and in both voice and data network product sectors.
Dave graduated in 1980 with an MBA (Business Strategy and Marketing) from the University of Toronto having previously completed a Bachelor degree in Commerce (Finance) from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario.

Vice President of Software Delivery
Tariq joined Inspired's technology team in January 2007 as a senior software developer. He held the position of Chief Architect for four years before taking on his current role in 2016. He is now responsible for the architecture, development and delivery of software for all platform products.
Tariq graduated with First Class Honours and a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Wales, Bangor.
Vitaliano Cassalone is the President of Inspired Italia, a position which he has held since 2013.
Vitaliano graduated from the University of Genoa with an Honours degree in Engineering before joining Exxon as a Business Analyst. Further to this he worked for Sogei, an Italian Government IT company, where he was appointed Senior Vice President in 1994.
Vitaliano was one of the founders of Lottomatica, today known as the IGT Group, and a member of the Board of Directors since the company's inception in 1994. In 1997 he became CEO of Lottomatica International and the Managing Director of the Lottomatica Group.
In 2002 Vitaliano was appointed as an advisor to the Italian Economics Minister, focusing on the gaming sector. In 2006 he was appointed President of Gamenet, a leading Italian gaming company.
Vitaliano is also the Founder and President of the Italian Association of Gaming Technology.
Chief Product Officer
Steve has over 10 years of experience at Inspired and has been Chief Product Officer since September 2016. Responsible for all Content and Innovation at Inspired, his previous roles include UK Market Product Director and Head of VLT Product Development.
