 | Arnaldo Perez Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary Carnival Corporation & plc Arnaldo Perez joined Carnival Corporation in July 1992 as assistant general counsel. He was promoted to acting general counsel and secretary of Carnival Corporation in 1995 and in 1996 he was named general counsel. In 2002, Perez was named to his current position, senior vice president and general counsel, responsible for the legal affairs of Carnival Corporation & plc. Prior to joining Carnival, Perez was a partner at Weil, Lucio, Mandler, Croland & Steele of Miami. He earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Miami in 1982 and a Juris Doctor (JD) from Columbia University in 1985. |
