Mr. Nusbaum is a Senior Partner of the New York law firm of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP and a member of the Executive Committee. Mr. Nusbaum served as the firm's Chairman from 1987 through 2009 and has been a partner in that firm for more than thirty years. Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP is outside counsel to Cowen Group. Mr. Nusbaum is also a director of W. R. Berkley Corporation. Mr. Nusbaum provides the Board with experience as senior management of an international law firm and provides extensive corporate governance experience.
