Under the arrangements with our franchise partners, Debenhams supplies products to the franchise stores and is paid the cost of the products plus a margin. We also receive a royalty fee on sales of products from third party suppliers. We work together with our partners to agree on product ranges to meet local selling conditions, which may include different customer shopping habits and seasonal trends.
