Love" three-day pet adoption event set for February 13-15 in more
than 1,051 Adoption Centers in U.S. PetSmart(R) (NASDAQ: PETM)
stores. This Valentine's weekend event gives thousands of homeless
dogs and cats an opportunity to be adopted into lifelong, loving
homes.
"Second Chance for Love" is proudly sponsored by PetSmart, Inc. and
Hill's Pet Nutrition, Inc. Anyone who adopts a pet during the event
will receive a copy of "The Guide for Lifelong Health." Hill's also
will donate $5 to PetSmart Charities with every adoption up to a
maximum of $50,000.
"This event provides yet another opportunity for our adoption
partners in the U.S. to showcase dozens of adoptable animals who need
to find their forever homes," said PetSmart Charities Executive
Director Susana Della Maddalena. "During fiscal year 2007, PetSmart
Charities awarded $6.6 million in grant funding specifically to
support pet adoption efforts. Clearly, we are strong advocates for
pet adoptions in accordance with our vision of a lifelong, loving

to 9 p.m. on Friday, February 13; Saturday, February 14; and 10 a.m.
