Shareholders can vote your shares by mailing your completed proxy card, by voting your shares over the telephone or via the Internet using the instructions provided with your proxy card, or by attending the meeting and voting your shares in person. If your shares are held of record by a broker, bank, or other nominee and you are the beneficial owner of those shares (your shares are said to be held in “Street Name”), you will need to obtain from the institution that holds your shares and bring to the meeting a proxy issued in your name, authorizing you to vote the shares.
