Aviation Inc. ("Chorus") (TSX: CHR.B CHR.A CHR.DB) is pleased to
announce the appointment of Richard (Dick) Falconer to the Board of
Directors of Chorus effective March 1, 2012.

Resignation of David L. Emerson, P.C.
On February 27, 2012, the Government of Canada announced the launch of
its Review of Aerospace and Space Programs and Policies and that David
L. Emerson, P.C. was appointed to head the review. In light of this
appointment, Mr. Emerson tendered his resignation from the Chorus Board
of Directors. Mr. Emerson joined the Chorus Board of Directors in March
2010.
"David has been a very effective and highly respected member of our
Board and I sincerely thank him for his time and hard work," commented
Mr. McCoy.
Richard Douglas Falconer, Biography
The majority of Mr. Falconer's career was spent with CIBC World Markets
Inc., where he retired after 40 years of service as Vice Chairman and
Managing Director. In addition to being responsible for senior
investment banking relationships, he sat on a number of committees at
the bank. Mr. Falconer's experience has spanned various industries and
he has provided written and expert regulatory testimony before many
utility boards across Canada.
Mr. Falconer is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Resolute
Forest Products and the Bridgepoint Health Foundation.
