Non-Executive Chairman of the Board
Gary A. Graves has served as our Non-Executive Chairman since November 2007 and as a director since August 2007. Since November 2008, Mr. Graves has been an independent consultant for Huntley, Mullaney, Spargo and Sullivan. From February 2007 to November 2008, Mr. Graves was the Chief Executive Officer of American Laser Centers, Inc. From August 2002 to January 2007, Mr. Graves served as President and Chief Executive Officer for La Petite Academy, a preschool educational facility. |
