Charles H. Ogburn

Charles H. Ogburn has served as a director since January 2003. Mr. Ogburn was an Executive Director of Arcapita Inc., an international private equity firm, from March 2001 until he retired from Arcapita in July 2010. Prior to joining Arcapita, Mr. Ogburn spent more than 15 years at the investment banking firm of The Robinson-Humphrey Company, Inc., most recently as Senior Managing Director and co-head of Investment Banking. Mr. Ogburn currently serves as the non-executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of Crawford & Company, an insurance Claims management and related services provider. He also serves on the board of The Cook & Bynum Fund. |
