On Thursday, March 8, 2007, at 1:30 p.m. PST, Dr. Zhengrong Shi, Suntech's
chairman and CEO, will present at the Morgan Stanley Technology Conference to
be held at the Palace Hotel in San Francisco, California.

On Tuesday, March 20, 2007, at 10:30 a.m. Taiwan time, at the
Merrill Lynch Taiwan, Technology & Beyond Conference being
