On Thursday, March 8, 2007, at 1:30 p.m. PST, Dr. Zhengrong Shi, Suntech's
chairman and CEO, will present at the Morgan Stanley Technology Conference to
be held at the Palace Hotel in San Francisco, California.
In addition, Company management will present at the following investor

On Thursday, March 8, 2007, at 9:45 a.m. China time, at the
Piper Jaffray China Growth Conference to be held at the

On Tuesday, March 20, 2007, at 10:30 a.m. Taiwan time, at the
Merrill Lynch Taiwan, Technology & Beyond Conference being
held at the Far Eastern Plaza Hotel in Taipei.
