Soleos Targets Up to 30MW Purchases from Suntech in 2009

Suntech Power Holdings Co., Ltd. (NYSE: STP), the world's largest manufacturer
of crystalline silicon photovoltaic (PV) modules, and Soleos Solar GmbH
("Soleos"), a PV systems integrator that manufactures and distributes solar
power installations, today announced that they have entered into agreements
for Suntech to supply Soleos with at least 6MW of modules in the first half of
David Mabille, Soleos' CEO, remarked, "We are very pleased to extend our

highly efficient PV products. Given the growing demand for premium-quality
modules in the European market in countries such as Germany, France, Italy and
