Annual General Meeting
Suntech will convene its annual general meeting of shareholders at 10am on
November 21, 2008 at its headquarters: 17-6 Changjiang South Road, New
District, Wuxi Jiangsu Province 214028, People's Republic of China. Ordinary
shareholders of record as of October 20, 2008 will be entitled to attend the
meeting.
