|Resource Capital Corp. Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend|
NEW YORK, NY, Jun 11, 2012 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) --Resource Capital Corp. (NYSE: RSO) (the "Company") announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.20 per common share for the quarter ending June 30, 2012. The dividend will be paid on July 26, 2012 to holders of record on June 29, 2012.
Resource Capital Corp. is a commercial real estate specialty finance company that qualifies as a real estate investment trust, or REIT, for federal income tax purposes. Resource Capital Corp.'s investment strategy focuses on commercial real estate-related assets and, to a lesser extent, higher-yielding commercial finance assets.
