Mr. Switz has served as a member of Leap’s Board since July 2011. Mr. Switz brings significant operational and financial expertise to our Board given his background as an executive of various technology companies. Mr. Switz served as president and chief executive officer of ADC Telecommunications, Inc., a supplier of broadband network equipment and software, from August 2003 until December 2010, when Tyco Electronics Ltd. acquired ADC. Throughout his ADC career Mr. Switz held numerous leadership roles from 1994 to 2003. Prior to joining ADC, Mr. Switz was employed by Burr-Brown Corporation. . Mr. Switz holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Quinnipiac University and an M.B.A. from the University of Bridgeport. |
