As executive vice president, strategy for Leap Wireless/Cricket Communications, Bill Ingram oversees the Company's spectrum, acquisitions, investments and strategic activities as well as the company’s Muve Music service.

Mr. Ingram has more than 25 years of experience in leading telecommunications and technology businesses. Prior to Cricket Communications, he served as president and chief executive officer of Nuera Communications, an IP voice company that developed telecommunications equipment for converged packet networks. Nuera was the successor company to Pacific Communication Sciences, Inc. where he was the chief operating officer of the Clarity Products Division.

Mr. Ingram holds an MBA from Harvard University and an AB in economics from Stanford University.
