Agreement Brings Four New Restaurants to Beijing and Shanghai

ORLANDO, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 30, 2013-- Ruth's Hospitality Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: RUTH), a leading international restaurant company, today announced that it has signed an agreement with Ko China Hospitality Limited, a subsidiary of longtime Ruth’s Chris Steak House franchisee-owner restaurant group Hasmore Limited, for the development of four new Ruth's Chris Steak House locations to be opened in China over the next three years. The new restaurants planned for Shanghai and Beijing are the first in China for the upscale dining leader.
