He has held several leadership positions within the industry including his most recent role as President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Sbarro, Inc. where he doubled the market value of the company during his tenure. He also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Hard Rock Café International, Inc., where he successfully formulated and executed a five year strategic plan resulting in the most significant sales and earnings growth in concept’s 32-year history.
