Investor Day on Wednesday, Dec. 11.
Due to space limitations, all attendees must have previously
registered for the meeting. For the first time, Washington Mutual will
webcast its Investor Day as an alternative to attending the live
The meeting, scheduled to begin at 8:30 a.m. EST on Dec. 11 and to
last until 2:30 p.m., will include presentations from several members
of the executive management team responsible for leading Washington
Mutual's growth retail strategy. One of the themes of the meeting will
be the company's strategy to become a leading growth retailer of
consumer financial services.
The public may participate in the meeting through a live audio
webcast and slide presentation, which will also be archived for 30
