SEATTLE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 18, 2003--Washington Mutual, Inc.
(NYSE:WM) today announced that it will host its 2003 June Investor
Conference in Seattle on Thursday, June 26 and Friday, June 27, 2003.
The event will be held at Cedarbrook, the company's Leadership
Due to space limitations, attendance is by invitation only.
Washington Mutual will webcast the Investor Conference as an
alternative to attending the live event.
The conference will include presentations from several members of
the executive management team including the chairman, the chief
financial officer, executives of the three major business lines, and
the chief credit officer.
The first day of the conference is scheduled to begin at 3:30 p.m.
PDT on June 26, and is scheduled to conclude around 6 p.m. The second
day will begin at 7:30 a.m. and will conclude by 11 a.m. An audio
webcast and slide presentation will be available both days of the
event through the Investor Relations page on the company's Web site at
www.wamu.com/ir. A replay of the webcast will also be available for 30
days following the event.
