![]() | Michael E. Dubyak Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Mr. Dubyak has served as our Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since May 2013. Previously, he served as our President and Chief Executive Officer from August 1998 to April 2013 and was elected as Chairman of the Board of Directors in May 2008. From November 1997 to August 1998, Mr. Dubyak served as our Executive Vice President of U.S. Sales and Marketing. From January 1994 to November 1997, Mr. Dubyak served us in various senior positions in marketing, marketing services, sales, business development and customer service. From January 1986 to January 1994, he served as our Vice President of Marketing. Mr. Dubyak has more than 30 years of experience in the payment processing, information management services and vehicle fleet and fuel industries. |
![]() | Melissa D. Smith President, WEX Inc. Melissa D. Smith has served as our President, The Americas since April 6, 2011. She served as our Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President, Finance and Operations from November 2007 to April 2011. Before that, she was our Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer from September 2001 until November 2007. From May 1997 to August 2001, Ms. Smith held various positions on increasing responsibility with the Company. Ms. Smith serves on the Board of Directors of WEX Bank. Ms. Smith began her career at Ernst & Young. |

Maxsimic President, International David Maxsimic is responsible for the company’s international operations, including its International IT strategy and projects, and executing on global expansion strategy, including M&A opportunities. Prior to becoming President, WEX International, David Maxsimic served as our Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing since November 2007. Before that, he was our Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing from January 2003 until November 2007. From July 2000 to December 2002, Mr. Maxsimic served as our Senior Vice President of Sales. From September 1999 to June 2000, Mr. Maxsimic served as our Vice President and General Manager for the WEX Direct Card. From November 1997 to August 1999, Mr. Maxsimic served as a Vice President of Sales. From November 1987 to November 1997, Mr. Maxsimic was a senior sales executive for several major fleet service companies, including U.S. Fleet Leasing, GE Capital Fleet Services and PHH Fleet America. Mr. Maxsimic has 20 years of experience in sales, marketing and managing customer relationships, in addition to managing and executing sales of complex financial services. |
![]() | Steven Elder Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Steven Elder has served as our Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since April 6, 2011. Before that, he was our Vice President, Corporate Finance and Treasurer from December 2007 until his promotion in April 2011. Prior to that, he was our Vice President, Investor Relations and Treasurer from September 2005 until December 2007. Mr. Elder has worked for the Company for over 13 years, during which time he served in a variety of financial roles of increasing responsibility. Mr. Elder began his career at Ernst & Young. |
![]() | Hilary A. Rapkin Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary Hilary A. Rapkin has served as our Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary since February 2005. Prior to that, Ms. Rapkin served as our Vice President and General Counsel from April 1998 until her appointment to her current position. From January 1996 to March 1998, Ms. Rapkin served as our Business Counsel. From August 1993 to December 1995, Ms. Rapkin was associated with Bennet & Associates, a law firm in Portland, Maine. Ms. Rapkin has over 15 years of experience providing advice regarding commercial law matters. Ms. Rapkin is a member of the American Bar Association, the Maine State Bar Association, the Association of Corporate Counsel, the Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals and the New England Legal Foundation. |
![]() | Jamie Morin Senior Vice President, Client Service Operations Jamie Morin has served as our Senior Vice President, Client Service Operations since January 2007. From August 2005 to December 2006, Ms. Morin served as our Vice President of Business Initiatives Management at WEX. From May 2002 to August 2005, Ms. Morin served as our Vice President of e.BEST Operations. From May 1999 to May 2002, she served as our Vice President of Service Delivery and from November 1998 to May 1999 she served as our Vice President of Customer Service. From December 1997 to November 1998 Ms. Morin served as our Customer Service Manager. From May 1986 to December 1997, she held various management positions in sales, marketing and customer service at Portland Glass Company in Westbrook, Maine and Saint Joseph’s College in Standish, Maine. Ms. Morin has more than 20 years of experience in managing service, sales and marketing and leading complex business initiatives. |
![]() | George Hogan Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer George Hogan has been Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at WEX since November 2007. He joined WEX in January 2007 as Vice President of Enterprise Architecture. He previously was Vice President, Commercial, Loyalty and Back Office Software Development at Visa USA from August 2000 to January 2007. From 1992 to 2000, Mr. Hogan was with UnumProvident Corporation, first as Director, Networks and Open Systems, and then as AVP, Internet, Intranet & Extranet Application Development. He also worked at Unum from 1983 to 1987 as a Systems Programmer. From 1987 to 1990 Mr. Hogan was a Systems Engineer at Security Life of Denver in Denver, CO. Mr. Hogan has over 27 years of IT experience running large organizations specializing in software development, engineering and technical operations. Mr. Hogan holds a BA from Assumption College in Mathematics and Psychology as well as a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Boston University. |

Stecklair has served as our Senior Vice President, Corporate Payment Solutions since December 2007 and was appointed as an executive officer by our Board of Directors on March 5, 2009. In that role, Mr. Stecklair has responsibility for the acquisition and retention of the Company’s largest customers and partner relationships. Before that, he was our Vice President, Corporate Fleet Sales from December 2006 until December 2007. From January 2003 until December 2006, Mr. Stecklair served as our Vice President and General Manager, WEX Direct Sales. |

Strzegowski has worked for WEX since 2002 and is the company’s senior vice president, corporate development, where he focuses on growing our business, expanding our international operations and making strategic acquisitions, as well as developing strategic diversification opportunities. He was named senior vice president, corporate development in October 2009. Prior to that, Mr. Strzegowski served as vice president, international, business development and M&A from December 2007 to October 2009. He began his career with WEX as the Company’s vice president and controller, a position he held from March 2002 to November 2007. Mr. Strzegowski has more than 20 years of business experience, and has held various high-level financial, business development and M&A positions at Corning Incorporated, Global Crossing and Cereva Networks. Mr. Strzegowski is a Certified Public Accountant . |
![]() | Kenneth W. Janosick Senior Vice President of Small Business Solutions Ken Janosick has served as our Senior Vice President of Small Business Solutions. From 2009 to 2010 he was vice president, product and marketing at WEX with responsibility for marketing, strategy, and new product development and management. Prior to joining WEX in 2010, Ken spent 18 years at JP Morgan Chase in Seattle and New York. He has broad experience in consumer, commercial and small business financial solutions across payments, savings, treasury, credit and debit products. Ken holds a BA degree from State University of New York at Stony Brook and earned an MBA with a Finance concentration at Pennsylvania State University. |
