Alison Vanderhoof has more than 18 years of experience in a variety of operational and strategy roles, with a particular expertise in running high-growth businesses. As senior vice president, global transformation, Alison spearheads the WEX world-wide operating model. Alison manages the evolution of the WEX organization, process, and location strategies to enable WEX lines of business to deliver on their global mandates. Additionally, she oversees the WEX culture and philanthropy functions. Alison previously served as senior vice president and general manager, emerging industries for WEX managing the business performance of WEX’s travel, healthcare, and employee benefits businesses globally.
Prior to joining WEX, Alison spent six years with Vistaprint during a time when the company undertook significant international expansion. She most recently led Vistaprint’s B2B unit, where she re-accelerated growth and was instrumental in developing many key corporate partnerships. Alison also led the company’s customer service organization and previously worked in corporate strategy, planning, and M&A. Prior to Vistaprint, Alison held roles of increasing responsibility at NAVTEQ, and she earned her analytical stripes in early training with BCG and Gemini Consulting.
She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in economics from Princeton University, and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management where she was an Austin Scholar.
