Once you become a NorthStar Realty Finance Corp. stockholder, through our Plan, you can automatically reinvest your dividends to acquire additional common stock.
Key features of the Plan are that you can:
- Purchase shares through the Plan without a sales commission;
- Automatically reinvest all or any portion of your cash dividends in additional shares of our common stock subject to a minimum reinvestment percentage of 10%;
- Transfer your shares easily; and
- Own and transfer your shares without holding or delivering physical certificates.
