Workshop®, the interactive retailer of customized
stuffed animals, is inviting Guests to visit stores across the country
to help support children’s cancer causes from September 4 through
September 16. Guests can make a donation of $1 (or more) to the
Build-A-Bear Workshop Foundation when they check out at Build-A-Bear
Workshop stores in the United States or online at buildabear.com®.
In Canada, Guests can support the cause by purchasing purple satin
hearts for $1 in all Canadian stores. In addition, throughout the year,
Guests may purchase Champ- A Champion Fur Kids™ bear and for each Champ
bear purchased, Build-A-Bear Workshop will donate $1 to support
children’s cancer and other health and wellness causes.

most to our Guests, including the almost 13,000 children under the age
of 21 diagnosed with cancer every year in the United States,” said

This is the seventh consecutive year that Build-A-Bear Workshop has
raised funds in support of National Childhood Cancer Awareness Month.
