(NYSE: BMR) today announced that its underwriters have fully exercised their over-allotment option to purchase additional shares of common stock in connection with BioMed's previously announced follow-on offering that priced on September 23, 2010. In total, the company sold 17,250,000 shares of common stock, raising gross offering proceeds of approximately $301.9 million.
