SAN DIEGO, June 2, 2010 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ --BioMed Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE: BMR) today announced the promotion of Greg Lubushkin to Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Lubushkin has served as the company's Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer since joining BioMed in April 2007.

As a result of this promotion, Kent Griffin has relinquished the title of Chief Financial Officer and will retain the titles of President and Chief Operating Officer of BioMed.
